The client manufactures proprietary magnetic components. They needed a new process that would deliver the surface roughness required for resin to adhere properly to the product walls.

They also had to shorten the cycle time to meet production orders.

Solution

Every solution is tailored to the client’s needs, and this case was no different.

To maximize line efficiency, we designed a compact station built around a three-position rotary table.

Two Fanuc robots simultaneously clean two parts using two 300 W laser cleaners. The station is ready for future automation of loading and unloading, tasks currently handled by a single operator.
